1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the j9 platform and its users. In this document, "Platform" refers to j9's website, mobile application and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or is using the platform.

• Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

j9 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. In such cases, a national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the j9 platform are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Terms

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the mobile number registered to the account.
• Transactions made in a third party's name or through another person are not allowed.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, j9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction.
• It is preferred that deposits and withdrawals are made from the same payment account.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

j9 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning to withdraw ৳1,000 in bonus funds, you must place ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) in bets.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonuses may expire within a set period — separate terms apply to each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.
• j9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback

j9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated based on that week's net losses. For example: a Silver-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback rates are up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.7% for Silver and 1.0% for Gold.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

j9 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal data. Full details of how your information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies alongside these terms and conditions.

• Personal data is used for improving j9's services and for identity verification.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties.
• All transactions and data are kept secure using SSL encryption.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by j9

j9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breaching the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failing to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended periods of inactivity (a specific period applies).

In such cases, j9 is under no obligation to provide a reason.

10. Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Support Channels

j9's customer support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via live chat and email. Support is provided in both Bengali and English.

10.2 Complaints Process

10.3 Dispute Resolution

All disputes will first be addressed through discussion. j9's final decision will be binding on the user unless legally proven otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property and Content

The logo, design, software, text and other content on the j9 platform are the intellectual property of j9. Reuse, copying or distribution of these without prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of content belonging to third-party game providers remains the property of those respective providers.

12. Governing Law and Enforceability

These terms and conditions take effect for all users of the j9 platform upon reading. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in force.
